This quick tiramisu uses a pre-made chocolate cake base, soaked in coffee and topped with whipped cream. A final touch of cocoa powder, and the dessert is served chilled.

Directions

  1. Prepare the whipped cream using the milk, following the instructions on the package. ≈ 3 min
  2. Dissolve the instant coffee in warm water, and if you wish, add the cognac or liqueur to the cream. ≈ 3 min
  3. Using a spoon, pour this mixture over both sides of the cake base to saturate it. ≈ 3 min
  4. First, spread the whipped cream inside the cake, then close it up and cover the entire top with it. ≈ 4 min
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder using a large-mesh sieve, then serve immediately. ≈ 2 min

  • 1 ready-to-use chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package of powdered whipped cream
  • 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
  • 800 ml of milk
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling (or ground hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac or cream liqueur, optional
