Directions
- Crush the cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and using a rolling pin. ≈ 4 min
- While you’re doing that, melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl in the microwave (about 3-4 minutes at 700/900 watts).
- Combine the chocolate and butter with the whipped cream (or coffee, milk, and optionally, alcohol). ≈ 4 min
- Combine the crushed biscuits. ≈ 4 min
- Let it rest in the freezer for at least an hour, then allow it to come back to room temperature.
