Honey Chicken Kebabs for the Grill
Chicken kebabs marinated in honey, cumin and coriander, brushed with marinade while they cook on the grill.
Honey-marinated chicken kebabs, in the middle of a well-stocked cookout table: sausages, bacon rolls, drumsticks, jacket potatoes and tomato salad.
The cubed chicken marinates in olive oil, cumin, ground coriander and a spoonful of honey, ideally overnight. As it cooks, it's brushed with the marinade mixed with a little more honey.
The honey caramelizes over the coals and gives the kebabs a lovely color.
