Garlic frog legs with parsley, cooked in the air fryer in a silicone mold: the skin turns golden, the meat stays tender, and the garlic butter collects at the bottom of the mold, ready for dunking your bread.

The air fryer makes this classic much easier: no splattering skillet, even cooking and barely a quarter of an hour of cooking time. The legs are lightly dredged in flour, then drizzled with melted garlic butter before going into the machine.

A fun dish to set in the middle of the table, with bread and a squeeze of lemon.
