A golden baked carrot mash with potatoes: Axelle made two, one in the oven in a baking dish and the other in the air fryer in a silicone mold.

The carrots and potatoes cook together in water, then are mashed and mixed with softened onions, eggs, cream, Gruyère and nutmeg. A turn in a hot oven browns the top.

A colorful side dish that kids love too.
