The Bailea gets its name from the Baileys liqueur it contains. It is sweet, slightly creamy, and exotic, and can be prepared in a minute using a shaker. It is garnished with a skewer of strawberries and peaches.

Directions

  1. Add ice to a shaker. ≈ 3 min
  2. Add the Baileys, strawberry syrup, cream, and peach nectar. ≈ 3 min
  3. Shake it well. ≈ 3 min
  4. Strain into a long drink glass. ≈ 3 min
  5. Add two ice cubes to the glass. ≈ 3 min
  6. Skewer the strawberry and peach slice onto a skewer and use it to decorate the cocktail. ≈ 2 min
