A cheesy tomato clafoutis, which Axelle baked in the air fryer in a flower-shaped silicone mold: the top is beautifully browned and the tomatoes soft and jammy.

The batter combines eggs, cream, cornstarch, milk and basil. It's poured over the tomatoes and diced cheese, then baked until set and golden.

Enjoy it warm or cold, with a salad.
